Full Interior Repaints
We work room by room so your house stays livable while we're in it. Furniture moves to the center and gets covered, floors are protected wall to wall, and every nail hole, crack, and dent is patched and sanded before a drop of finish paint goes on. Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and closets are all in scope, not upsells. We use premium low-VOC products so the smell is minimal, and most rooms are back to normal the same day. If your kitchen cabinets are part of the same project, we refinish those too and price them in the same proposal.

Full Exterior Repaints
Every exterior starts with a power wash, then scraping back to sound substrate, sanding, caulking every joint, and spot-priming bare wood before two full coats go on. We repair wood rot and seal stucco cracks as we find them instead of painting over them. Foothill sun is punishing on a south or west wall, and a finish that wasn't prepped for it will chalk and fade years early.
